"First Service " Quick and easy experience. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to deal with but now I’m annoyed this is a 25 word minimum .. thank you.
"Scheduled maintenance." The service on my car went as planned. Because of being understaffed that day, they had to keep my vehicle over night. Throughout the progress Darryl Kwock kept me informed. Everything went smoothly.

"Halton Martinez" Halton Martinez has been my service advisor for years. He is excellent. Because of him, I enjoy my visits to the service department even when I know it's going to cost me. The woman who greets arrivals to the service department is also friendly and helpful. I just wish I remembered her name!
