As ALWAYS...Dan was so helpful and professional...I am probably getting another X5 when my lease is up...looking forward to another lease at McKenna BMW...I bought my car when the construction was going on...and it was sometimes difficult...But NOW the dealership s humming along...I love coming there..THANK you Dan for always being so helpful

South Bay is convenient for me and although I don't like car shopping they made the experience bearable and found the car that met enough of my criteria in my price range.

I will not go to another BMW Dealership ever regardless of the deal. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. The Service Department is exceptional. May Villalobos conducted herself very professionally and updated me timely.

This is a very busy dealership, but all whom I encountered at drop-off and pickup were very helpful and pleasant, including those who provided the loaner car service.
