can’t believe how easy the entire process was. i’ve been to two different BMW dealerships and the hospitality does not compare Mckenna BMW! the staff goes above and beyond to make sure i feel like family! Just lease a 2017 i3 at McKenna. Mitzi Terrel was terrific and to the point. No hassle with pricing and any pressure. Everything went well as expected, paperwork was ready when I arrived and I was out of the dealership in my new car in 45 minutes.

No pressure experience with Julian Mercado, our sales rep. Took the time we needed to look through the inventory and test drive the car we were interested in. Daniel Solis as the "Technical Advisor" was great - giving us detailed answers to all the questions about the cars technical features. Working with finance was quick and easy. Good experience overall.
Purchased my first BMW and it was quick and easy! Found the perfect car, negotiating went simple, came to an agreement in an instant and I drove home in a new 430i!! Could not be happier with the hospitality from the staff! Thank you again to Patrick and Tony for all their help!
I've never enjoyed buying a car. It has always been a drag, but McKenna BMW changed everything. Everybody was very nice and warm. I had no problems negotiating and got the exact 3 series that I wanted.
