I visited Capital BMW recently to check the status of my lease. I was helped by Vik Shashi who was very insightful and provided me an answer to any doubts I had regarding new lease options as well as options to terminate my current (now previous) lease. I had been driving with the check engine light shining bright. Plus a side view mirror had a mind of its own, Lee quickly figured out the reason the check engine light was on, and had the problem fixed in a few hour hours, getting me back on the road, with my 2008 BMW 335i.
I made an appointment to have the airbag replaced on my 2008 X-3 after receiving a safety recall notice. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Andy Gouldbourn. Since I was waiting while the work was being done, Andy showed me to the waiting area where fresh coffee and snacks were available. I enjoyed my time there, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and the hot coffee and snacks were a plus. Andy was very pleasant to work with and he was very kind and efficient and promptly notified me that my car was ready.
