We were traveling from South Florida when the rear passenger window of our X5 would not go up. We had stopped in Jacksonville but received poor service from Tom Bush BMW. Every time I get my car serviced, it was done right and Ian Wyre facilitated it from scheduling down to delivery which included a car wash. Ian did an excellent job as always. Keep it up Ian.
Lee Woodruff is the master at making stress go away. Although my car was towed to the dealership, after hours, during a storm, Lee immediately contacted me the next day. He is always spot on and provides updates during the service process. Lee has the knowledge and expertise required to be the top notch service advisor he is.
