Ian is an outstanding, honest and thorough representative. Always courteous and persistent in troubleshooting. Following accident repairs elsewhere, my car alignment continued to be a problem. Ian and the service staff diagnosed the problem, relayed the info to the insurance agent and repaired my car correctly. Thank you Ian Wyre!
This dealership was professional from the time I walked through the door to the time I left, Tommy Waigand treated my like royalty even when it was apparent that I would need a cosigner and was no longer the sole customer or focal point of the deal. He was courteous and always mindful of my comfort level, not to mention I got a great deal on my first car.
Keith Milliron was fantastic and provided first class service. I saw the car on AutoTrader and submitted a request online. Keith called me almost immediately and walked me through the sales process. What made it even more challenging is that I live in Atlanta, and the dealership is in Tallahassee...I even had a trade in. Keith handled it with ease and took care of all my concerns. lee the service writer has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome in Tallahassee. it is about a 2hour drive from panama city but it is really worth it. their scheduling is very punctual and when we get there at our appointed time they get right on it. oh and by the way,they fix it right the first time!!
