I came in not sure if I wanted to buy a BMW and had a tone of questions. The sale person answered them all and gave me information I was unaware of. He helped me find the car that was just right for me.
When I walked into the dealership I wasn't quite sure which vehicle I was most interested in. I had researched both the Mercedes and BMW, but couldn't decide on the model. Keith (sales associate) afforded me the opportunity to test drive multiple vehicles and was very patient as I narrowed down my decision. He made my experience enjoyable and pleasant.
This is my fourth BMW from Capital Eurocars, and it gets better each time. The sales folks take the effort to learn what you want and find you the right car. Claude Rabbath did a great job helping me pick a nice X3 on excellent terms, and I didn't spend a lot of time getting there. This is the third new car we've bought at Capital BMW in the last four years and it was another pleasant experience. My wife and I met Paul at the BMW DEALERSHIP around 2012. My wife wanted something special for herself after finally retiring from the military. She, decided on a brand-new 2014 535i.
