This is the 5th BMW I have leased in a row. The first being in the year 2005. Unlike "other" car sales people who act as a vulture attacking a road kill, I have found that the sales approach in the BMW world are low key, knowledgeable, and treat possible clients as professional. For the few times that I have taken delivery of a new vehicle there were minor issues, and they were always taken care of immediately and professionally, with no excuses. Lets hope I continue being a BMW owner with the 6th one!
