I knew the model I wanted, but was walked through all of the options to help me best determine the exact ones I wanted. Later, the exact car I wanted was located and delivered for me. Just purchased my first BMW. I was so pleased with my sales rep Kevin Overton and the management team at Capital BMW. It was the first car buying experience where I didn't feel like they played a lot of games. They were very professional and fair and laid out all the options. My husband and I purchased our second BMW from Capital Eurocars. We were very pleased with our sales rep Tommy Waigard. He was very pleasant and knowlegable. I initial went in to have my 2006 BMW serviced and we decided to purchase a new BMW. Thanks to Tommy great salesmanship we are enjoying driving our new BMW 740LI Black on Black. I brought my BMW 5 Series in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service advisor Ian Wyre did a great job of getting everything done in one day.
