I had a great service experience with Lee Woodruff at Capital BMW. He was extremely efficient, friendly and adaptable to my needs. My hope is that I have the pleasure of working with Lee for every service call I have in the future.
Our family has been using the Capital Eurocars service department for many years and, although service and repairs can often be a trying experience, it is always a pleasure to work with Lee Woodruff.
Keith Milliron was wonderful to deal with! It was the best experience purchasing a car I've ever had. Both Keith and Mandy stayed late on Saturday to take care of everything so I could go home with car. Everyone was professional and delightful to work with. I won't buy another car from anyone but Keith and Capital Eurocars!

I came to the dealership somewhat on a whim after coming across a blue X1 on their website. My husband had leased his current vehicle from Keith so he reached back out to him. Keith did a fantastic job of showing me the vehicle, giving me finance options and open advice. I would describe Keith as a straight shooter. There was no uncomfortable sales pressure. I'm happy with the experience and thrilled with my vehicle.
