Ian Wyre in service and John Lowrey in sales are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership. The sales process was smooth and professional thanks to John, plus I got a great deal. Service for my 328i is a real pleasure. The dealership calls you when you are due for service and you can make an appointment right on the spot. Ian gets the car in and out with no problems. I was provided a 2015 528i as a free loaner while my work was being done. It doesn't get any better than that.

My visit to the Capital BMW Dealership is always rewarding and easy. Ian Wyre is a very caring, knowledgeable customer service representative. He makes my visit comfortable, worry free and as short as possible. He explains everything in detail and shows much concern for me as the customer and my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership primarily because of the customer service that Ian provides.

I was going through so many issues with my X5 4.8i ...I was really considering trading it .... But due to my service advisor Ian Wyre professionalism and knowledge of my vehicle he made a stressful service repair silky smooth and effortlessly ... Excellent and professional service especially from Ian Wyre. He is very cool and calm but yet very professional as well as knowledgeable. I am telling you that it is hard to find people like Ian who is very professional and willing to go the extra mile. I strongly recommend every one that is going to this dealer for service to ask for Mr Ian Wyre because he is the man and you will be very, very satisfied after your vehicle is serviced.

My wife was getting new car fever 6 months prior to our lease termination date and we felt that it would be summer before she could get a new BMW X5. Several years ago I bought a new Z4 from CapEuroCar; the experience of the dealership was excellent over the four years that I had the car. Recently, I bought a certified 128i convertible from Paul White. He is, without doubt, the finest car salesman with whom I have ever dealt. No pressure, factual and very informative. If I live long enough to buy another car, it will be a BMW from Paul.
