I purchased a Mercedes from Mike Stephens some years ago and decided to reach out to him when we were interested in a BMW. He was very professional and knowledgeable which made our decision to purchase from BMW a much easier one. I have no hesitation to reach out to him for my future car needs.
Definitely enjoyed my two sales associates John and Patrick. John and Patrick were the two individuals that I communicated with throughout my whole process. Would definitely recommended someone to go see either one. John brought a great personality to the table making my purchase as comfortable as possible. Also, the BMW Genius, Brad, did an outstanding job in assisting me with understanding all the technological gadgets that were included with the vehicle.
I was well taken care of at this Dealership. John Lowrey made sure I had the best deal without going over budget. I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase and the encounter with this fine staff was not stressful at all!!!
I love this dealership! I go to school at FSU and they're able to work with me to figure out what time best suits my needs as a college student. All repairs are done swiftly, but with quality care. My service consultant, Anthony Taylor did not disappoint whatsoever. He gave me an estimate about how long my servicing would take and called me as soon as my car was ready to be picked up. Mr. Ian Wyre, BMW Service Consultant, at Capital BMW is unequivocally the best service consultant the dealership has ever had!
