My husband and I drove from Gainesville to Tallahassee to purchase a BMW from John Lowrey at Capital BMW. John was on top of everything from start to finish and we were extremely impressed with the level of customer service that he provided to us. John is very friendly and courteous and he made our car buying experience a pleasant one. Mandy Barnard was also a pleasure to deal with while financing our car. When I am ready to buy my fourth BMW I will definitely be calling John Lowrey again!

Since I've being going to service my car (s) at Capital BMW Ian Wyre has being the guy to go to. He always try and do shortens the time I have to spend there, the service is great and I am very satisfied with the whole experience I highly recomend Ian.
Paul White is a great, nice and humorous man. He almost knew everything I asked, and for any question he didn't know, he will let others solve it for me. Nice service, great efficency. Finally I bought my first car here, thanks for the coke!

My sales person was Erick Joseph. Erick was not pushy he allowed the car to sell itself. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased and he took the time to educate me on all the features. He followed up on tasks without being prompted. I would definitely refer family and friends to this dealership.
Ian Wyre consistently provides me "top notch" service at Capital Eurocars. I have had my BMW serviced for over ten years at Eurocars and Ian has by far provided me the best service.
I'm going to keep this short and sweet- I travel over 120+ miles to visit this dealership for my regular service/maintenance because the staff is always eager to please (especially my service advisor- Ian Wyre) and the accommodations (from the comfortable waiting area to the snacks/beverages provided for customers) are top notch. Always a pleasure to make the drive when my destination is this dealership! I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else (even though there closer dealerships)!
