The best buying experience we have ever had with purchasing a car. It was amazing. Incredible service and the dealership valued our time. From the minute we finished the test drive and agreed upon a price we completed the sale in 1 hour. It's our second BMW, we didn't purchase the fist one from Capital BMW but did service it there. We will definitely buy our next BMW from Capital BMW. Paul White and John Sipay were amazing.

I had an overall great experience with this dealer!! He was knowledgeable of all of my concerns for the vehicle and he also knew about other competitors I asked about. The atmopshere was really nice, including the Starbucks coffee :) I would recommend this dealer or dealership to anyone.

Mr. Stephens was extremely professional and helpful in my quest to buy my first car! It was so refreshing coming across a sales person who i felt was not taking advantage of my inexperience with this. I dealt with both Gary Spangler and the manager Crawford Atkins. Gary was able to answer my questions, or find out the answer for me for my mercedes, even though he works for bmw. Mr Atkins was willing to negotiate the price as well as answer questions. I loved the friendliness and service they demonstrated.
