Honestly i would never think i could buy a car and the process being this simple. Claude, and Patrick made everything possible and stuck with me the whole time. If i had to do this process again i would love to.
I received a prompt and courteous response to my initial inquirey regarding the vehicle I found on their web page on Friday nigjt.. Scott made the process of traveling across the state to purchase a vehicle feel like it was in my backyard. He was honest and knowledgeable in every aspect. He knew everything about the Infiniti QX56 even though its a BMW/Porsche dealership. I test drove this same vehicle at an infiniti dealership in Tampa and the Sales guy didn't know as much about his vehicle as Scott did. Great experience!
Overall buying a car at this dealer ship was good specially Michiel Stephens was friendly and helpful. We will consider buying another in future with Michiel Stephens.

Conventional wisdom holds that buying a car is an unpleasant experience, but that would be a thing of the past if everyone were like Claude Rabbath. He's a consummate professional. I really wasn't even in the market for a new car, but Claude made the experience easy and quick.
