Paul White was a pleasure to work with during my recent visit to Capital Euro Cars to purchase my new X5. The X5 was overhauled this year (2014) and Paul was exceptionally helpful with building my vehicle and was informative about the new options available for the X5. I absolutely LOVE my new X5...it's gorgeous! Paul also was very understanding of my crazy work schedule and stayed late on night to get my X5 delivered. Always pleasant and courteous...I will send all of my friends Paul's way!
I was very pleased with the excellent and professional service provided. Especially to my personal requests and preferences. I will definitely recommend Capital Eurocars and Mr. Stephens.

Mr. Stephens: I had the opportunity to work with an ultimate professional in Mr. Stephens in purchasing and trading in a car a few days ago. I have not had a better car buying experience in by 35 years of owning a car. Mr. Stephens, explained the warranty, car options, trade in allowance and demonstrated extreme professionalism in the three day deal. This is the 2nd purchase I have made thru Capital Eurocars. I would not buy from anyone else! I came up from West Palm Beach to buy both of these cars that is how much I LOVE this dealership. We limped into Capital BMW with almost no power (pulling our Airstream Trailer)! It was 4:30 pm and closing time. Ian greeted us with a big smile and immediately sprang into action. He arranged for a technician to stay late to analyze the problem. We required a part which had to be ordered. I would highly recommend Capital BMW to everyone. My wife and I drove over 4 hours from Orlando to buy from them. Awesome customer service, very knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Paul White is great. He has great customer service skills and great knowledge of BMW. Well worth the trip. I would drive it all over again to purchase from Capital BMW, should the need arise.
