WE have always used Capital City BMW because of their service and friendlyness. So much so while the 2007 BMW 328i was in for service we ended up trading it for a 2013 BMW 328i

The service at Capitol BMW of Tallahassee was really great. First, my service Adviser Ian Wyre is very professional. When my car was towed into the dealership Ian called and advised me of the arrival. The the car was check for the problems Ian again contacted me and advised what needed to be done. Michiel was extremely helpful with my situation. As someone looking for a great deal on a great car I needed a bit of guidance along the way as this was only my second vehicle purchase.
