Dissapointed I came to this dealership because I saw a SUV that fit all my criteria, including my budget. When we got there I was disappointed to hear that the vehicle I had my heart on was being sold to an employee of the dealership. So, I settled for another vehicle that was on the lot, which also happened to cost more. Used car Such a worst buying experience. I bought this pre owned car just because vehicle was good. I requested for home delivery of the vehicle and when the vehicle was delivered, they have put on 500 miles more than what booked for. Sales manager didn't even attend my call.
Second time customer LOST FOR LIFE! Purchased a vehicle from this dealership last year with no problems. I negotiated a fair price and made my cash purchase. This time certainly not the same experience. Very disappointed in sales department. Found a vehicle and to my shocking surprise they would not move at all on the asking price. Warranty Service Car reported as broken, picked up by tow truck received a loaner, car was fixed, all covered. Exceptional.
GLX Mercedes in for basic B Service The only thing I can complain about is that with my service and new brake job, it was quite expensive, in previous Mercedes Dealerships they would wash my car before returning it to me, at this dealership they did wash my car but the wheels were still very dirty, not a great job at all would have expected more!
Horrible Sales Staff - Great Service Reps & Servic The service and service reps are great. The sales staff are quite substandard. I've had two experiences, one buying a car and another trying to buy a car. Each involved several salemen. They don't kniw their product very well ( in my case BMW 535i and 540i) - neither basic car, optionsl equipment nor electronics- or car and project a less than service oriented atitude thst surprisrd my wife and I given the BMW price point and reputation. Saved my A** on a recent trip to Myrtle Beach I was on a trip to Myrtle Beach when I stopped to buy groceries prior to meeting family. My Mercedes would not start due to a dead battery and a very nice person jumped my S550. I was going to drive to the resort and deal with the issue the following morning when I passed Myrtle Beach Automotive and their Mercedes Dealership.
