Great Buying Process! Great Frist Service! I purchased my new car in October of 2014, I contacted Josh and he helped me every step of the way. Friendly, great service Went to dealership 2 weeks ago for a scheduled service. I was told how long the service would take and escorted to waiting area . Beautiful dealership. Friendly staff. Plenty of snacks and drinks while waiting and very nice tv to watch and plenty of magazines to browse through while waiting. They in fact finished sooner than they had predicted. Good experience!
NO GAMES & GREAT SERVICE I hate to shop for a new car. I hate the games. And no questions get answered online or by calling on a particular car unless you submit email/phone number etc. in advance. I actually prowl dealerships late or off-hours first to see it there is a vehicle I am interested in and unless I submit information as above, you can't get an answer. Well received, a pleasant surprise ¿ I had a Saturday afternoon appointment at 2:00 ,and I was going to have to,have a loaner , as I had commitments off and on throughout the day. I thought I was going to have to cancel my appointment for the repair all together , as there were too many conflicting things going on. So I stopped in at 11:30 to reschedule, but I was told I could have the loaner now and left my Mercedes to be repaired and they called when it was done. Pleasure to buy I told our salesman (Damien) that I was a" bottom line" kind of guy so don't waste half of my day with the back and forth price game....he agreed and said he didn't like the stress of buying a car that most sales people do either.....He lived up to his word and the process was very smooth and almost enjoyable. You have to be kidding! It took 4 months to receive a title for the Mercedes we bought in May 2021. Beware if you buy here and SC not your primary residence. Getting my NYS mailing address in their system seems to be impossible for some reason. That fact also cost me hundreds of unnecessary dollars paid for late charges because I never received any statements from their finance company-once again due to their system not able to enter a different mailing address. They were very rude at the service shop I went there for a recall on a car that they sold to me knowing that it was dangerous and risky to drive so after i got there to fix the recall they gave me a huge bill and a list of things that needs to be fixed that they made to get more money illegally
Do not use this dealership! I came from out of town to buy a certified Mercedes SL550. After going back and forth with my salesman Tim Rebe, I drove over 700 miles to pick up the car and was tired and in a hurry to get back on the road. My first mistake was in not test driving the car, because within 2 hours of getting back on the road the brakes starting squealing horribly. Worst service ever The employees of this BMW Dealership were rude and not helpful. After receiving my car back, there were more problems than there were when I brought it in. Many bolts and screws were missing. I am VERY mad and unhappy. I called and the manager was very rude.
