Avoid - there is a reason for all the poor reviews I would advise anyone shopping for a new BMW to be very wary of this dealership and the general manager Josh. I found a car online that I liked, went into the dealership and met with a salesman. It was a certified used BMW with a warranty. The car appeared to be in good shape, however I noticed the battery was 6 years old. Bad relation Tried to buy a new bmw could not get anyone to help me Call the owner.. left message no returned call They do not want to help anyone especially the owner

lie about contact, what else will they lie about ? I also got a email from Damien stating he had been trying to get up with me. I knew this was a lie because no calls from him were on my phone and he did't even bother to answer my email question. when I told him I wanted the bottom line and no chit chat, Since my first encounter with this dealer involved deception I purchased elsewhere

no contact After a couple of days I received an email from Damien stating he had been trying to get up with me. Buyer Beware - unethical behavior After much reassurance that a Cerified 2 year old 2011 335i with 13,750 miles and clean carfax was in great condition (other than a few typical defects), we agreed to a price and I drove 500 miles from Florida to make a deal. Upon arrival, I discovered that the rear quarter panel and rear driver's side door had been repainted. At BMW of Myrtle Beach we pride ourselves on not only having some of the nicest Pre-Owned Inventory but that they are also priced extremely aggressively.
