Buying a new BMW I bought my new car from this dealership, the process was simple and fast my salesman stayed with me until the end of my signings my paperwork it was great treated me like family.

Brake Pads replacement I went in for the replacement of rear brake pads. Autonation BMW of Dallas is always my preferred dealer because of how competitive the prices are for the spare parts and also the quality of service provided. I was very satisfied with the quality of repair and also the time it took to get the repair done. I always recommend my friends to BMW of Dallas for any service or repair related services.
Parting was such sweet sorrow(my wheels). Chloe was lovely, helpful, warm/empathetic, and informative. She made a semi emotional experience for me easier, and I loved interacting with her. Ten out of ten for everything. She gave superb service, and made the time fly while waiting for the transaction to complete. Thank you again, Chloe !??????????
A great experience! Zu was fantastic from start to finish. She was funny, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I went to get an oil change and came out with a new car - I arrived at 8 a.m. and left at 2 p.m. She knew I must have been hungry and gave me lunch - she didn't have to do that. She went above and beyond and I truly enjoyed working with her.
Feedback from Service work Called emergency road side assistance. Car had a flat run flat tire. Car was towed to BMW of Dallas. Service rep was Dameon. Dameon always goes above and beyond to ensure my service is as easy and efficient as possible. He is the best!!!
