BMW OF DALLAS SERVICE REVIEW Had an appointment for standard maintenance; was greeted promptly upon arrival, and shortly after led to service advisor. Advisor went over reason for visit and pointed out other maintenance that was due soon, (within next 3 months), and gave us the cost and the option to decide. We decided to have everything that was recommended done, advisor gave a timeframe of wait, which ended up being a little less that what he estimated, and updates were provided throughout the wait via the BMW app. Overall... read more

BMW of Dallas was great Our salesperson was GREAT. He treated us with care. We had an appointment and he had the car, information, and keys ready for the test drive. The financing process seemed to be very slow, and while the selection process took less than half an hour, closing things up took about four hours!?
