Great Customer Service BMW of Dallas has taken great care of our BMW X-5. We had our X5 towed to BMW Dallas due to multiple tire blow outs from running over an object on the road. BMW Dallas sprung into action and replaced out tires with ease and in a timely manner. They also rotated and balanced our tires and completed a needed oil change. The customer service was great! They treat us more like friends than like customers.

Awesome dealership ALWAYS!! I brought my 7 Series from BMW of Dallas 7 years ago and have been going to them for Servicing most of the times. This time as well it turned out to be very good Experience. Their Value Service prices are unbeatable and almost 50% of what other BMW Dealerships in the area charge and there was no hard sell from my SA which at times happens at some Dealerships and I was quite happy with the same. Overall a great experience.

I Always go to BMW Dallas I have been a customer here since it was John Roberts BMW and have purchased at least 2 of my 5 BMWs from them. They are the only ones I let service my car.
