Service Department We dropped our car for routine maintenance while we were in town, it was easy to schedule, they sent me home via Lyft so I didn't have to wait, sent a Lyft to pick me up, and they sent a video of the mechanic showing what he checked and providing commentary. All first class.

Love my bmw Great experience, ordered my car, max and Amanda helped me build it. They kept me updated while waiting on it to arrive at dealership. I came in to purchase car, they had a genius guy named Mark that showed me how the car operates (I have called him a few times, very helpful) and we were out of there in an hour.

Gold Star ?? I was ready to upgrade to my car and test drove at several dealerships including Audi & Volvo. My experience at BMW was by far superior.
