"I was referred to BMW of Silver Spring by an auto buying..." I was referred to BMW of Silver Spring by an auto buying program; otherwise, I would never have thought to visit this dealership. The dealership was no longer participating in the program -- and I wasn't told this immediately -- but I ended up purchasing a new vehicle there any way. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable in helping me to decide on whether I would buy new or certified pre-owned. I love my new BMW.

We came in later in the day Cedric happened to be out on the lot and he came over when he saw us Probably looking confused at the different cars. My mom told him what she was looking for, he listened intently and showed her all the different options. He made us fall in love with the car and we went to the credit union to finalize everything.
