Although I did not purchase a BMW because they model with the colour and options I wanted was not available anywhere due to end of model year. It was easy to work with Andre as he under promised and overdelivered on everything he said he'd do. If he is still with BMW next time I am looking to purchase I'd not hesitate to reach out to him first.

I found a very nice used car at Silver Spring BMW and made arrangements with Gen Awanohara to manage all the paperwork and get me in and out of the dealership in record speed. He not only made sure all was in order but delivered the keys 30 min faster than expected. We had to meet our son at the airport so time was important. The car is great, the price was right, and Gen's service was the best. I'd buy all my cars from him if I could.

We purchased our new BMW from Ron Askew last Saturday and we were pleased with the way he responded to our request to see the car we were interested in purchasing. He saw to it that our dog was comfortable while we went thru the purchasing process. He was very helpful getting what we thought was a good price for our trade in and for the car we purchased. All in all it was a positive and nearly painless exercise.
