Las Vegas BMW My service manager, Jordan is top notch. He made sure I was informed each day regarding the repairs on my X5. He apologized when things took longer and promised to keep me updated. He did just that. Every service writer should take some pointers from him.

Out of state purchase Great buying service from initial contact to exit. The only concern is not knowing when I will be contacted to register the car in CA. I was told ?someone would contact me?. I was given no paperwork or information on the specifics. Otherwise, fast friendly and professional.
