Great Shopping Experience at BMW Rainbow Location Tracy provided us great customer service. Shae in finance department is also very knowledgable and handled everything professionally. Great experience and will definitely come back for our next new car!

Loyal Customer I was completely ripped off. I have been a loyal customer for some time now. My radiator needed repairing, I dropped it off to service. My normal service advisor was on lunch (who has been great) so another advisor by the name of Taylor stepped in and that's when things went left. Every Line item on the service quote was grandly priced. The total to repair houses, repair the radiator, turned into a $14,300 service quote. God is Awesome and sent me a mechanic angel that not only fixed my car but gave me a timel... read more
