435i Oil Service DeAndre was amazing as my service advisor. Was able to call in the Alloy Wheel Repair person to come inspect a rear rim that had a hairline crack, while the oil service was being performed. Above & beyond service. Also provided a loaner X3 while they had our 435i for the day. Highly recommend DeAndre. Great job!

Customer service experience at BMW of Las Vegas We have purchased and leased mulitiple vehicles and had multiple service visits with the team at BMW of Las Vegas, particularly Damien Paredes, our salesman, and Carlos Castro, our service advisor. Service Service tech-Joe- was amazing He answered all of my questions and took care of the details.
Wonderful Shopping Experience No haggling and no markups over the MSRP despite the current car shopping environment (due to limited supply and high demand). Ardie Arnold was great Client Advisor who was patient and very personable. If I were to buy another BMW, I will come back to BMW of Las Vegas and seek out Ardie.
