Las Vegas BMW Good Service Department The service with Joe Carcione at BMW was friendly and successful. A couple of parts were ordered and arrived in a reasonable time. Joe stays on top of things and gets it done.

Great service Had a recall notice, made an appointment was hassle free, they did a complimentary inspection and even washed it before calling us to let us know it was done. Got a great deal on 3 years of oul chances for $199. Overall positive experience!

Finance Manager Issue With Purchase Finance manager Shea never disclosed that our BMW 540i came with a 3-year Zero dollar deductible maintenance warranty. He sold my husband and me a 4-year maintenance warranty for $2,080. My husband made the salesman aware of this the following day and requested a refund. Best Car Buying Experience! Erica made the car buying process seamless and transparent! We felt very comfortable purchasing a vehicle with BMW AutoNation and plan to purchase future vehicles from this dealer. Service Service advisor was great. I wish they had loaner cars. I?ve bought at least 13 cars from this dealership and having to rent a car while my car is serviced sucks!
