Another malfunction Had a malfunction with my 2021 3 series, which is the norm unfortunately. Trying to make the appointment by calling is a headache. Once you finally get someone they always have a smug attitude and cut you off while speaking. The young man was that was in the service department upon dropping the car off was nice. The person that assisted afterwards was nice, but never gave options on a courtesy vehicle, rental, or anything. Awesome ? Mr. Giuseppe helped us with all our needs. Was having a little trouble at another facility getting our car fixed through extended warranty and he went up the ladder to help us get what was needed.. Very honest and pleasant person do deal with..

BMW i3 Good little car... The BMW i3 is not for everyone. t's a niche car. With a max range of about 150 miles it's an around town car. More accurately you're looking at about 100 miles at a time depending on AC/Heat etc. PROS: Small and agile, can park it anywhere, it's great for errands and going to dinners etc, great acceleration and handling (it's a BMW!), easy to get in and out of, sits up high, practically ZERO maintenance. Great customer service and buying experience Find a car is such an intimidating process for me. I really enjoyed working with the general manager George and the associate I mean. They both had incredible patients for all of my questions and walked me through the process in a way where I felt confident in what I was buying. I will buy BMW again only through this dealership because of the service that I received.
