Always amazing! Service is always on point! I LOVE that they have a deal on their oil changes now. 1 flat rate takes care of all of your oil changes for an entire year. I've had a couple of different service advisors in the past, but Frank Hughes is by far the best!

Still haven?t got the car I Purchase I When in the buy a Tesla and the experienced wasn?t a good one. I was told my car was in Cali for me to pick it up, and I went there to pickup the car, and they said the car isn?t there. And till today I haven?t seen or know where the car is. Gm in vegas said he is doing his best to find the car.

BMW of Las Vegas 2015 X5 purchase I had been looking for a newer BMW X5 (2014-2018) for months. Saw a new listing on their website and went to see / drive the car. Excellent condition and excellent price. The best customer service from a car dealership I have experienced. No pressure and very reasonable extended warranty. Poor follow up I took my car in to have the front brakes done along with a malfunctioning turn signal. I drove the car home and the next day when I was going to go to work the car wouldn?t start. I call BMW service and ask to speak to the service manager that I had dealt with the day before but was told he was busy. Then I ask to speak to anyone in service who could possibly help me.
