Las Vegas BMW Abdul and Sam were terrific to work with and made one of life's most hated activities - dealing with Car Salesmen - so amazingly pleasant. No high pressure tactics, not in your face the minute you step into the lobby, but almost treated you like a friend throughout the process. Even Sean, the finance person was a pleasure to deal with, which typically is not the case. Overall, wonderful experience which will make me a customer for a long time.

Recent BMW Service Leon used to be my service advisor but left the company last year. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jordan Trujillo as my service advisor for the first time. He was great to work with. Extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He was GREAT!!!!

?CPO? 330i With Huge Gouge In Rear Tire Purchased two ?CPO? vehicles on the same day (328d & 330i) and I discovered a deep gouge in the rear tire on the 330i. I question how well these ?CPO? vehicles are really inspected, if I?m the one finding this after the in-depth inspection they tout to have done. Bring 330i back in to have tire replaced and the wrong tire was installed, has a higher speed rating than the other 3, so will handle/wear differently. Service Review Disappointed with preventative maintenance on a Ford F-250 purchased at Las Vegas BMW. The service department was unable to perform a multi-point inspection due to the weight limit of the dealership vehicle hydraulic lift.
