Service With A Smile I recently brought my car in because the engine kept overheating. My service advisor Frank was amazing and knew exactly what the problem was. Awesome service department I recently got a used BMW and wanted to get it serviced by the dealership. Since previously having a new luxury vehicle, I know the service at the dealership is of a higher standard; so I was actually surprised I got the same level of attention/respect/quality that I did for my other car even though I did not purchase my car with them.
