Content! My encounter with Amin at BMW of Las Vegas was great in that there was never any pressure sales, and he was very careful to understand what I was seeking in a new vehicle. My mode of communication was respected, as my preference was via email, and Amin honored that. Given the shortage of new vehicle inventory at this location, my encounter there was brief, as I took delivery of the vehicle I wanted within one week of my initial visit; no games, just a fair offer and a seamless process.

2016 535i I asked not to have my car wash because they do a terrible job...When i got my car back the winshield was very dirty, it look like the tech checked the wipers and fluid but did'nt clean after it...the car was brought in very clean and not returned the same way..

My best BMW experience amongst many dealers I previously purchased an x5 m50i and within a few months, realized it was too small for my family. Our sales consultant, Amin Abdel-Kader, has been my go-to guy here and has gone WAY above and beyond to take care of us and did so again! We ended up trading in the x5 for an x7 m50i, and in a tough, non-negotiable vehicle market, really went to bat for us to make the trade in fast, easy, and also beneficial for us to move into the X7. 2018 530e x-Drive iPerformance I normally do not take my cars to the dealership for servicing but I make the rare exception for BMW of Las Vegas. The customer service is top-notch as well as the pricing is competitive with other independent shops. My SA Giuseppe Carcione is the best there is!
