Third Time BMW of Las Vegas Buyer! Enjoyed working with my sales associate - patient, knowledgable and responsive. He was able to find an option for me that worked - not easy to do in these times. Best BMW Dealership in GLV Auto Nation called because my car is due for its one year service. We bought the car at BMW Henderson, but the purchase process and their service management were unsatisfactory. So we decided to take a much longer driver and have our car serviced at BMW Las Vegas. Excellent Service Regular service call with original brakes replaced at 87K. Wow! Our service writer Marcus Llanes got the car evaluated, worked on and test driven on a very timely schedule. I was on my way home in about four plus hours on a Monday. It also included a minor factory recall. I also liked very much the videos done by the service tech as he did his inspection. Excellent tool and appreciated by the customer. Great job as usual!
