BMW service - Engine light issue Brought the car in for the engine light issue. The facility & staff are professional and pleasant... BMW provided the drop-off service which is convenient. Even though the service took a bit longer but BMW manages to have it completed by end of day.

X1 wheel alignment Taylor greeted me when I walked in and took care of me as soon as possible. When repairs were completed he notified me and I went and picked up my car. No problems.

Disappointed long time customer! I am so disappointed with your service center, that for a first time, I am thinking to trade my beloved driving machine! for a Mercedes. I was charged almost a thousand$$! that left me stranded twice. BMW of Las. Vegas My service experience has always been a positive one. When I arrived, a very nice young man named Jarvis checked me in. His kindness and courtesy set the tone from the very beginning! My service writer Marcus is outstanding! He always explains any repairs that are needed.
