Broken promises Broken promise of 10% discount of parts and services to my husband who served in the Air Force for 26 years We do not expect special consideration for being veterans BUT when promises are not fulfilled it is a different story Mr Frank Hughes broke that promise after 3 years and over $4000 in services we are done here We are now treated MUCH BETTER at BMW of Henderson

Love taking my car in when Frank is my advisor I only own one car so I need to take my car in for service and get it back as soon as possible. Frank communicates with me during the day so my time is used efficiently.

Great service After buying service has been very good. Everything has been seamless, except for, the shuttle service to get us old folks back home while waiting h for our car. Hopefully this service will come back soon.
