Marcus Llanes-Exceptional Customer Service I was introduced to Marcus after my previous Service Advisor of 20 years retired. Marcus was extremely professional, returned my phone calls promptly, answered my questions, treated me respectfully and always with a smile. Once my vehicle was ready for me to pick up, Marcus insisted on walking me to my vehicle. You can tell Marcus cares about his job, his employer and, most importantly, his clients.

B6 alpina issue 2015 B6 alpina started up really rough , then the drive train malfunction warning light / drive moderately came on . Took it in around 1 pm Saturday excellent service tech got the car back to me same it was the battery , excellent from start to finish highly recommend
