Tire time Thanks to our service agent, Marcus Llanes, we had a terrific experience at the BMW dealership on West Sahara. He handled everything, from finding a loaner vehicle, to giving us a discount on the price of our service. He kept us well informed on the progress of the work. Now we have new tires, the car drives like it was new again. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. Thanks Marcus.

Car Repair The customer service is outstanding. I showed a add coolant on my dash board. I took my car into BMW of Las Vegas and it was looked at right away. I highly recommend this dealer.
Quality service Had a tire repaired. Took a while to have it replaced but they cleaned and sanitized the car
BMW Las Vegas is way better than BMW Henderson! If I could do it all over I would have purchased my 2019 BMW at the Vegas dealership than the Henderson one. I know they're both owned by Auto Nation but the customer service is night and day. I brought in my car twice in 2020. One was for the maintenance and one was for a check engine issue. David Tran took care of me like I was VIP unlike at Henderson where they don't communicate and when they do, they lie.
