The best In 45 years of owning cars, this is the best customer experience I've ever had. The salesman, Jim Salkin, was great when I bought this car, and my first service yesterday was unbelievable: I was greeted outside by a courteous man who took my car and showed me where to go. Drama-free! This review is about my excellent leasing experience at BMW of Mount Kisco. Having owned or leased from all the German manufacturers over the years this has been my best experience to date.
