Elizabeth Moritz This is the second BMW I have leased from MT KIsco BMW...I did not think it possible but this was an even MORE pleasurable a time. Jay Cirocco and Emerson took such time and care in ex[plaining all my options and helped me all along the way while providing me with all I required. The premises were spotless and everyone from service to sales was accomodating and cordial. This would be the ONLY BMW dealership I ever deal with in the future. I strongly recommend seeing Jay and Emerson.

Great repair on electrical issues Geico insured Three years ago, I brought my 2004 525i to BMW Mt. Kisco. At that time, they worked with Geico to identify and repair electrical problems caused by 'sideways rain' exposure. Very pleasant experience for me. Just recently, further electrical issues arose. I took the care back to Mt. Kisco. Again they worked successfully with Geico to extend the claim from 3 years back. I'm very pleased with the service and customer care, especially working with Jason T.
