Seamless Transaction Initially communicated online and agreed to meet with Mike Conigliaro. I had expressed interest on a X5 and X6 and was told to drop by at my convenience. I've done my homework on the X6 but what impressed me most is that Mike is very knowledgeable with the high tech gadgetry of the car. A major turn off for me is when a customer knows more of the product than the salesperson. We ordered the car to our specifications that day.
X1- Mt Kisco My wife and I were watching our Ford Explorer's odometer tick past 150,000 miles and the transmission was failing. We needed a new car of ourselves. By chance on Sunday morning 3 weeks ago, Mt Kisco had exactly what we were looking for, we emailed them and they called in 30 minutes and we set up an appointment later in the afternoon. Great experience at BMW Mount Kisco I brought my car in for service and I could not have been treated better. Vincent, the rep. who helped me was in one word, a gentleman. My loaner car was waiting for me and the service was done a couple of hours earlier then expected. He answered my questions with patience and honesty. I could not have been happier with Vincent or the service that was done to my car!

Nothing But the Finest Been servicing several BMW's at this location for 10+ years. Any negative experience I've had has been quickly remedied with no hassle or additional cost. In particular, Service Manager Vincent Robustello is a model the entire industry should emulate.
