Scheduled Service Experience Took my 328ix for scheduled service. I was promised a two hour time frame (so did not opt for a loaner) and that is exactly what I got with a complementary car wash/vac to boot! My service adviser Kevin was very professional, described to me all the service that was done and answered all my questions specifically re: run-flat tires.
Scoured the Internet My salesman was Sam Brown. I used the internet to search for my new 435i xdrive and Sam made sure I got the price and had it built just the way I wanted it. In addition, when there was a special offer, after I had already placed my order, Sam let me know that I could deduct the additional incentive off of the final cash that I was bringing to the dealer.
