Service Review I had a great experience with the dealership about 8 years ago and leased another BMW earlier this year based on that prior relationship. The sales process was terrific. I had my first service on my car yesterday. I found the service staff underwhelming. I waited 20 minutes for the cashier to finish working with another customer. The Ultimate Service Experience My service/repair experience was seamless, all staff were very professional and the work to the car seems to be perfect. They were sensitive to all my needs and supplied a loaner vehicle for me to use until the work was done. I also especially like the wash job done at the end.
