Service department at D-Patrick Mercedes is the noT a place I recommend taking your vehicle if you are looking for good and accurate customer service. Don’t waste your time.. Take your car somewhere else.

The general manager owns nazi paraphernalia, including an autograph of hitler. You can be a history buff all you want, but using that as an excuse to own nazi artifacts is disingenuous, disrespectful, and just plain gross. Spend your money somewhere else.

The GM Tony Ricketts has an autographed photo of Adolph Hitler in his home. He admits it. He claims it’s okay because he likes history. I’ve personally heard his son brag about his father’s Nazi memorabilia collection. D Patrick is this who you want representing your business?
