Worst car buying experience ever. We drove 2.5 hours from Ky to purchase a car we seen online. I could write a book on why NOT to buy from this place. However, let me just say UNFRIENDLY and their mandatory $150 detail job is a JOKE. We did purchase the vehicle because we liked the car, the ENTIRE buying process not so much. I purchased a vehicle on Saturday from dpatrick here in Evansville it was a 2008 Chevy TrailBlazer they drove smooth it no lights I paid $4,000 for it filled up the gas tank brought it home that night I decided I was going to go to town and get some stuff that I needed..On the way back to Evansville Check Engine light came ON. Bought a car 2 weeks ago. Went back the first week to get cleaned up and a few things fixed. Went back yesterday to get it looked at due to noise coming from back. And get a full detail. They say nothing is wrong with it but it’s still making noise. The full detail. You rub the seat with a wipe and dirt comes off of it. Scuffs on the inside still. Worst experience I ever had. Won’t ever go back.
For one, I’m 18 years old and they took advantage of that and tried to rip me off until my parents and grandparents came along. Also, I put a deposit down on a car and never signed a paper saying that my deposit wasn’t refundable and they are telling me I can’t have my $200 back. The finance guy was very rude on top of that. I’ll never go back and neither will my family.
