I wont go anywhere else!! Ron Pierce makes buying a new/used vehicle so much easier and stress free! He knows exactly what I want before I even tell him, and he is not afraid to show me other models he feels I would like... and every single time, I love his choice more than mine. You afraid to trust a car salesman? Im not, because Ron Pierce is so honest about everything!! I would never go anywhere else!

Happy customer! I went in noy knowing if I would even get approved for a car. Dennis Romack was very patient and kind through the entire process. Not only was I approved but he and the financial employee helped get me a decent loan rate and monthly payment rate. I was able to leave there with a great car. I definitely recommend this dealership and Dennis.

Great Experience! This was my 5th car and by far the best experience I had buying a car. We were greeted warmly and the service was prompt and efficient. The whole staff was friendly and you could tell this was a well oiled machine. I was in sales for 6 years and this is how successful organizations thrive with an upbeat staff and going above and beyond the call of duty for their customer. The lifeblood of any sales business is referrals and I will be referring people to this dealership!

Best dealership in Indiana!!! I was having a hard time finding a vehicle I wanted in a price range I wanted. I searched for two days to no avail until I met Ron Pierce at Defouw Chevrolet. He went over the reasons why I was having a hard time and showed me the benefits of purchasing the Chevrolet Equinox I ended up purchasing and I couldn't be any happier than I I am with my decision to buy from Defouw. Perfection I can't say enough about this place. The people were all amazing. Loyd helped me pick out a fantastic car. I got a great deal on my new (to me) car and he helped make me feel super comfortable. Everyone was really good at explaining everything to me and answered any questions that I had. This was my first car buying experience (from a dealer) and I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. I will definitely be coming back when it's time for my next vehicle.
