Great Experience We cannot say enough good things about Ben Mullikin and the DeFouw BMW of Lafayette team. Ben made the entire car buying experience easy, enjoyable and hassle free. We gave Ben a detailed list of our needs and he worked overtime to find the perfect vehicle. Ben listened intently to my wife and made sure all of her needs were met - from the test drive through delivery of the vehicle. 2018 Silverado Our experience with Pam was excellent. She went to bat for us to get good trade-in prices on our 2 vehicles. Pam was very pleasant, knowledgeable, followed-up as necessary without pressuring us. She answered all our questions and was available when we called or visited the dealership.
