"Five Stars for customer service and quality of work" This is my second scheduled service at BMW of Escondido. Both were handled by Michael Duplessis who was very friendly and professional. This time I was given a courtesy BMW vehicle which very convenient as it allowed me to do my daily work instead of killing time at the service center.
"Excellent service at a very good price." Have had my 5 series serviced here during the past five years. Have owned BMWs in the US (IL, FL), France and Canada and can report that my dealings with this service dept staff are by far the best. Service rep Hector Analista is especially knowledgeable and explains clearly what needs to be serviced. Highly recommended.
"Excellent customer service " It was easy to set up my service appointment. I was greeted promptly dropping my car off at the service drive. Harris went over all work to be done to my car. Great customer service.
"Top Quality Professional Service" My service experience was excellent. Michael was friendly and made sure the shuttle driver was ready to get me to work within 5 minutes. Loved, Loved, Loved being greeted at the door by "Daisy", the most beautiful Bulldog! Was definitely the highlight of my morning. Nothing starts your day off better than a happy dog! Great work, great people and super atmosphere.... This dealership got it right !!!

Had a wonderful experience at BMW of Escondido in the service department! Worked with Harris he was very knowledgeable and nice. Felt he were upfront and honest. Would recommend!
Michael Duplessis at BMW of Escondido was very accommodating and went beyond my expectations. I brought in my vehicle for an airbag recall and during inspection Michael told me that one of my tires was completely done and needed to be replaced immediately for safety reasons. I ordered a new tire and they replaced it for me and performed an alignment (great deal). Michael was also accommodating with my schedule, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend him if your getting service at BMW of Escondido!
I’ve always received excellent care from Mike D the service consultant and have always been impressed by the prompt and professionalism of the techniciansm. I would recommend Escondido BMW to all my friends and whomever is looking for excellent care with their BMWs
